Refund policy

At this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges. The only exception would be if you receive the wrong item. We would need to be notified within 3 days of item received. We will evaluate the issue and send the correct item or issue refund. In order to qualify for a refund or get the correct item sent, item must be sent back in same condition it was received. Untouched, unworn, and in its original packaging. Receipt is also needed.

 

To start a return email us at sales@shopvibenine.com. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package will be issued.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
